I am Celli (pronounced Che-lee) Villarreal, owner of Celli Dubz Ink and Beauty. I am here to provide intentional ink and beauty services rooted in mindfulness. I am a licensed esthetician of nearly 7 years, a certified permanent makeup artist, in addition to being a tattoo artist and paramedical tattooer. I offer body art at Sentient Tattoo Collective located in Tempe, Arizona. I offer permanent makeup, paramedical tattoos, and esthetician skin services at Desert Valley Cosmetic and Medical Tattoo located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. I am a multi-passionate, multi-disciplined artist. 

My journey first began when I became an esthetician, learning how to create healthy canvases for makeup artistry through skin care. My knowledge of skin physiology has been valuable in tattooing. I feel confident in educating my clients on how to ensure the best healed results though proper preparation and aftercare. My tattooing journey is rooted in permanent makeup; there is nothing quite like transforming a client’s face and enhancing their natural beauty, whether it be through a fresh set of powder brows, eyeliner, lip blushing, or freckles. However, there is little room for error. I value myself on precision and paying close attention to detail, which translated very well once I got into body art, my line work especially. 

I always say that there is nothing quite like the satisfaction of a PMU transformation, but being able to create body art is truly where I get to connect with my inner child and draw. Styles I enjoy tattooing most are: geometric, ornamental, American Traditional, anything botanical, anything spooky, and anything mystical. I offer psychic tattoos as well! This involves receiving a one hour oracle reading where we go in depth with multiple decks, and I facilitate you connecting with your higher self. A lot of times when we are feeling unclear, our higher intuition already knows what we need, sometimes we just need a little bit of support lifting the veil. After your reading, we will then discuss ideas for a tattoo design. Oftentimes, these pieces are large scale so that I can incorporate as much of the reading as possible into the design. Hence, the actual tattoo itself will be scheduled for a later date to allow time to digest the reading and create a well thought out design.

My most recent journey as an artist has been entering the world of paramedical tattoos. I am certified in scar camouflage and 3D navel restoration, soon to be certified in 3D areola restoration! These services I find to be exceptionally rewarding and fulfilling. Scar camouflage is great for those wanting to blur out unwanted scars. Navel restoration is wonderful for extreme weight loss or tummy tuck patients. Areola restoration for double mastectomy patients and breast cancer survivors. It warms my heart how these services in particular revive self esteem. At the end of the day, I absolutely love what I do. I am eternally grateful that I have been blessed to live this life and be able to offer a safe space to each of my client’s no matter what service they are receiving! Nothing brings me more joy than to add to clients’ confidence through all my forms of art.
